I’ve had numerous requests for a fantasy style cape from both men and women. Finally, I’m attempting one and wow does it take a lot of fabric! There’s still a long way to go but I’m hoping to have this black, unisex, floor length cape with hood (size large) ready for the Northern Market at the Multiplex this Saturday.

Doors open at 10:00 am and there will be 30 local vendors present. If you’ve never been to a Yellowknife market make sure to come along and check out the wide range of talent that Yellowknife has to offer.

Exploring Lynn Canyon, Vancouver in my new Taiga Blossom hat.

It’s taken a while but I finally decided on the new colour to add to my Taiga Blossom hat collection. I realized I didn’t have blue so I chose this light blue denim and made the alternate side in a pretty floral fabric in my favourite colours.
