Yup! It’s luck… and goals, and alarms, and discipline, and making connections, and showing up, and being kind, and being grateful, and a whole lot of lugging things around! I love building a life that doesn’t look a thing like what my old self thought life was going to be. I’ve grown, so have my goals, so have my habits.

We have the recipe, and how we’re working on getting it out to you, but we are stuck between these two names. Let us explain them both… Celtic Breakfast: because it’s our take on a traditional English Breakfast tea. Or Caper’s Cup: a shout out to growing up in Cape Breton and growing up on this type of tea.
