WearTuf 450 can be widely applied in various types of applications, such as waste material transportation, mining industry and transportation equipment, etc.
The thickness range is 4.0 - 60.0 mm. The width can reach 3100 mm and the length can reach 18000 mm.

Surface hardness: 425 - 475 HBW
According to standard EN ISO 6506-1, the detection of surface Brinell hardness should be carried out after milling a depth of 0.5 - 2.0 mm on the steel plate surface.
Minimum Center Hardness:
WearTuf is heat-treated as a whole, and the minimum center hardness is not less than 90% of the guaranteed minimum surface hardness. The minimum center hardness is defined as the average hardness value within a 25% thickness range of the center area of the steel plate in the thickness direction.
