PA-CF looks amazing… until moisture ruins everything. 👀

Same filament.
Same printer.
Same settings.

Only ONE difference:
➡️ Drying.

Left:
Printed directly from vacuum packaging.

Right:
Dried for 12 hours at 70°C.

The result speaks for itself:
❌ Heavy stringing
❌ Rough surface
❌ Unstable extrusion
❌ Weak layer bonding

After proper drying:
✅ Clean geometry
✅ Smooth surface
✅ Stable extrusion
✅ Stronger layer adhesion

Many users underestimate how fast PA-CF absorbs moisture — even sealed filament can still contain enough moisture to affect print quality.

For engineering-grade nylon printing:
Drying is NOT optional.

Recommended drying condition:
🔥 70–80°C
⏰ 12 hours+
📦 Print directly from a dry box whenever possible
