PA-CF looks amazing… until moisture ruins everything. πŸ‘€

Same filament.
Same printer.
Same settings.

Only ONE difference:
➑️ Drying.

Left:
Printed directly from vacuum packaging.

Right:
Dried for 12 hours at 70Β°C.

The result speaks for itself:
❌ Heavy stringing
❌ Rough surface
❌ Unstable extrusion
❌ Weak layer bonding

After proper drying:
βœ… Clean geometry
βœ… Smooth surface
βœ… Stable extrusion
βœ… Stronger layer adhesion

Many users underestimate how fast PA-CF absorbs moisture β€” even sealed filament can still contain enough moisture to affect print quality.

For engineering-grade nylon printing:
Drying is NOT optional.

Recommended drying condition:
πŸ”₯ 70–80Β°C
⏰ 12 hours+
πŸ“¦ Print directly from a dry box whenever possible
