Global low pressure cast aluminum patance technology

We designed the whole automatic production-line for low pressure casting aluminum by ourselves. The rotor from us with higher filling rate of aluminum compared with traditional high pressure cast aluminum way.

The benefits are,
1.Better efficiency,performance and lower temperature rise compared with traditional high pressure one.
2.Save cost of motor, under same power and efficiency level, with our rotor, copper wire used could be less than traditional one.

what make us stand out? It is the comparison between our low pressure cast motor rotor and traditional processed rotor in exploded view. Less porosity makes our motor running with higher efficiency and performance ,also lower termperature rise which make it with longer service life.
