Our customer, Rauf, runs a small solar energy setup in Georgia. He had purchased a lithium battery system from us some time ago, and everything had been running smoothly — until one day, something went wrong.
The battery's protection board (BMS) burned out. It wasn't a manufacturing defect — it was accidental damage during use. But that didn't matter to Rauf. What mattered was that his system was down, and he needed it fixed fast.
He reached out to local dealers, hoping to buy a replacement part. Unfortunately, none of them had the BMS in stock. Days passed, and he was left with no solution.
That's when Rauf found us on social media. He sent us a message, explaining the situation and sharing photos of the damaged board. We could see he was frustrated — but also hopeful.
We made a quick decision: we would send him a replacement board for free, even though the damage wasn't covered under warranty. We knew how important his system was to his daily life and work.
Within 24 hours, we arranged the shipment. The tracking number was sent to him immediately. Less than a week later, the part arrived at his doorstep in Georgia.
He wrote back to us:
"I didn't expect this level of support. You responded quickly, sent the part for free, and it arrived in days — not weeks. This is what I call Chinese efficiency and speed!"
