The injection molding center of CheeYuen Surface Treatment(Hui Zhou)Co.,Ltd has 40 sets of one-shot and two shot Sumitomo and Zhafir electric injection machines of 50T TO 700T,each one equipped with a Japanese Yushin robot arm and Kawata mold temperature controllers,independently monitoring each core and cavity mold to ensure part precision and production stability.The molding shop also features separate molding and labor areas with centralized resin feeding system,which not only provide a pleasant working environment,but also ensures work efficiency and production quality.

In addition,CheeYuen Plastic Parts(Huizhou)Co.,Ltd,affiliated with CheeYuen Industrial,possesses another 200 injection molding machines of 30T to 1600T.These brands include DEMAG,FANUC,MITSUBISHI and HAITIAN,all ready to meet different customers' demands.

The two 10,000 Class dust-free painting lines of CheeYuen was established in 2018,equipped with Japanese Anest Iwata spay guns and American Graco painting control systems,can achieve double-painting and double-baking,suitable for solvent-base and water-based high-gloss paint parts and decorative piano black parts.

Trivalent chromium plating process - CheeYuen Surface Treatment(Hui Zhou)Co.,Ltd.

Chrome plating (less commonly chromium plating) is a technique of electroplating a thin layer of chromium onto a metal object. A chrome plated part is called chrome, or is said to have been chromed. The chromium layer can be decorative, provide corrosion resistance, facilitate cleaning, or increase surface hardness. Sometimes, a less expensive substitute for chrome such as nickel may be used for aesthetic purposes.Trivalent chromium plating, also known as tri-chrome, Cr3+, and chrome (III) plating, uses chromium sulfate or chromium chloride as the main ingredient. Trivalent chromium plating is an alternative to hexavalent chromium in certain applications and thicknesses (e.g. decorative plating).[2]A trivalent chromium plating process is similar to the hexavalent chromium plating process, except for the bath chemistry and anode composition. There are three main types of trivalent chromium bath configurations:[2]A chloride- or sulfate-based electrolyte bath using graphite or composite anodes, plus additives to prevent the oxidation of trivalent chromium to the anodes.A sulfate-based bath that uses lead anodes surrounded by boxes filled with sulfuric acid (known as shielded anodes), which keeps the trivalent chromium from oxidizing at the anodes.A sulfate-based bath that uses insoluble catalytic anodes, which maintains an electrode potential that prevents oxidation.The trivalent chromium-plating process can plate the work pieces at a similar temperature, rate and hardness, as compared to hexavalent chromium. Plating thickness ranges from 5 to 50 μin (0.13 to 1.27 μm).[2]The preparation and Trivalent chrome plating of a part typically includes some or all of these steps：1.Loading parts2.
