The polishing workshop is extremely dusty. Moreover, during the summer, the heat inside becomes unbearable.
Older workers find the physical strain too much to handle, while younger workers simply cannot tolerate such working conditions. Consequently, mechanical automation is an absolute necessity; yet, even with automation, human operators are still required to oversee the machinery.
We are currently devising strategies to improve the working environment for our employees and to introduce greater intelligence into our production lines. A new factory is currently under construction, and we are scheduled to relocate to the new facility next year. We hope that everything will continue to improve!
