Inside an 8-Container Order of 5×7 ft Washable Rugs | Custom PDQ Packaging

This video was filmed entirely on my phone and follows the production, quality inspection, custom PDQ packaging, and loading of the first of eight 40HQ containers of 5×7 ft washable rugs.

The eight containers will be shipped in batches within one month. Since this was our first time using oversized PDQ display cartons on pallets, we developed a custom packaging and loading solution to keep the rugs clean, protected, and ready for retail.

Alice coordinated the project from production through shipment.
