Best work lesson this week? Came from a 6-year-old with a painting. 🖍️
Last week, my son and I sat down to paint.
He drew a little person — and then packed it with EVERYTHING he loves:
🦕 A dinosaur
🏨 A dinosaur hotel
🧱 Building blocks

âš˝ A soccer ball
🍉 A watermelon...
No logic. No planning. Just pure joy.
And I realized — when did I stop doing that?
As adults, we overthink everything. We ask "does this make sense?" before we ask "do I actually want to do this?" We follow the rules. We copy what already works. We play it safe.
