We’ve recently received reports from several creators about scam accounts in comments and private messages impersonating Makeronline staff, including “Support” and “Trust & Safety Team”.

These messages typically try to create urgency with claims like:
• “Your account has unusual activity”
• “You violated platform rules”
• “Verify your account within 24 hours”
• “Failure to act will result in permanent suspension”
They often try to trick users into clicking phishing links or submitting personal information.

So far, we have taken action against multiple reported accounts, but new cases are still being reported.
⚠ Please stay alert:
❌ Do NOT click suspicious or unknown links
❌ Do NOT share passwords, verification codes, or bank account details, or other personal sensitive information
❌ Makeronline will NEVER ask you to verify your account via comments or direct messages

If you receive such messages, please do not interact with them and report them immediately through the platform.

We are continuously strengthening our detection and enforcement systems to protect the community.
