China CT Steel Structure adds a 20,000 m² intelligent production workshop, achieving a comprehensive upgrade in production capacity.
China CT Steel Structure has recently completed the expansion of a state-of-the-art, intelligent production facility, adding 20,000 square meters of factory space. This expansion comprehensively upgrades the company's production, quality control, and delivery capabilities, enabling it to provide more efficient and reliable steel structure supplies to overseas clients.
The newly established 20,000-square-meter workshop represents a strategic move by China CT Steel Structure to deepen its presence in overseas markets. The facility features integrated, automated production lines for cutting, precision welding, and intelligent hot-dip galvanizing. It is also equipped with upgraded non-destructive testing (NDT) systems and precision load-bearing testing instruments, enabling intelligent, end-to-end operations—from raw material processing and component forming to anti-corrosion treatment and final quality inspection. Compared to traditional production lines, this new facility not only significantly boosts productivity but also ensures precise control over manufacturing accuracy for every batch of steel components, effectively eliminating human error and ensuring the products are perfectly suited for demanding environments characterized by high temperatures, high humidity, and coastal salt spray.
