This is the plate welding process of lead-acid batteries performed by our professional welders. 🧑‍🔧

Specific procedure is as follows:
Our welder first adjusts the gas ratio to generate a neutral flame, which is dedicated for lead welding.
Then, the plate lugs and bus bars are evenly heated to the solder melting point, with strict temperature control throughout to avoid damaging the plate active materials and grids.
Subsequently, lead-tin solder is fed in. With the assistance of flux, the solder spreads evenly to form a fillet weld. The solder dosage is precisely controlled—excess dosage may increase internal resistance, while insufficient dosage can lead to crack-prone weld joints.
