ウーロン茶 [Organic Japanese Oolong]
Oolong is always about small factories crafting semi-oxidized tea — somewhere between green and black. In Japan, only a handful of regions produce it.
Light roasting gives this tea a softer, more delicate taste than its Chinese or Taiwanese counterparts, finishing with mellow, fruity notes. It’s the taste of a late summer harvest — wild honey, deep floral tones, and hints of caramel and wood.
