So let’s making a viral Matcha Citrus | “Green Sunrise” matcha!

Preparation:

• sift matcha -> whisk it

• fill glass with ice -> pour over fresh juice -> sloowly add matcha to make layers

You may also add soda water to juice to make it sparkling ✨

SILKY MATCHA 🍵

The secret is in sifting + proper whisking technique. How it works:

1. Sift first — always.
2. Start small — just 1–2 tsp of cool or room-temp water. Hot water shocks the tea and makes lumps fast.
3. Make a paste — mix until smooth before adding the rest of your liquid.
4. Whisk in W or M motions — not circles. A chasen (bamboo whisk) only.
