Summer means holidays and sometimes a little overlap inbetween the team:

While parts of the team are taking a well-earned break, the roastery keeps running for you trysties thanks to our very own last man standing: Tim! 🙏🏼

For a few days Tim will keep the roaster hot and will pack your orders while making sure everything leaves the roastery on time. 🚀

A huge thank you for making it possible for the rest of us to switch off for a few days! Shoutouts to TIM 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Some coffees deserve a little extra attention.

Our Finest Collection, which we already presented, brings together exceptional coffees with expressive flavour profiles. They happen to make an incredible cold brew, too!! Bright, refreshing and full of (tropical) character on warm summer days. 🏖️🍑

You’ll already find them on the brew bars of many of our partner cafés, where they’re served as hand brews and cold brews alike.
In Berlin for example at Keyu Café and nothing out of the ordinary .

Casa ☀️

Summer calls for vacation time with a little shade and a coffee that fits the season. One of them: CASA

Whether you’re spending your days at the lake with a tent, in your holiday house or simply taking a well-earned break somewhere, Casa is definitely made to come along!! 🏕️

And if you’re packing light, we’d recommend brewing it in a Bialetti/Moka Pot: simple, quick and perfect for mornings away from home.

Henni or Jette.

Part of TRYST since 2024 and our Head Roaster. What started as a friendship eventually turned into working side by side!💐

With years of experience in specialty coffee, Henni brings consistency, precision and a calm approach to everything happening around the roaster and the beans.

Beyond roasting, Henni keeps the day-to-day running smoothly, looks after our wholesale partners, manages social media and takes care of our sensory quality control, making sure every coffee leaving the roastery meets the standards we strive for.

Always reliable, thoughtful and someone you can count on with a laughter on busy days to lighten up the mood.

We’re grateful to have Henni as an important part of TRYST.

The temperatures are rising… it’s getting quite dangerous with over 40 degrees. Stay safe, stay hydrated and maybe switch your coffee routine for a day or two!! 🥵
Because this weather is screaming for something specific…
Cold brew season is officially here!
If you haven’t tried it yet, start with some of our fruit-forward coffees: Lilli Pop, our Cold Brew Cup winner 2025, turns into an absolute fruit bomb over ice!
But coffees like Mundayo, Summer Breeze or Plum Biscuit are also perfect for a refreshing and surprisingly sweet cold brew.

A little patience, a lot of flavour, and the perfect way to cool down on days like these. 🧊☕

as many of you may know we collab with different artists every few months to share a little extra with you trysties.
Over the last weeks and the upcoming months we are collaborating with Mondo

but who is Mondo ?
Let her explain in her own words:

Mondo is a live drawing artist who expresses everyday relationships and experiences through lines and forms, embracing a visual language that transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries.

Each drawing begins spontaneously: as the hand moves, scenes and relationships continuously connect in Mondo’s mind, forming a natural flow.

Rather than presenting a single answer or interpretation, Mondo’s work leaves room for viewers to complete each piece through their own experiences and perspectives.
