🧘🏼♀️Stressful situations and anxiety is something every person faces throughout the life. And the ability to deal with stress is very important, especially nowadays. We have prepared for You few relaxation techniques that will take a few minutes, but will help you to reduce stress level.🧘🏼♀️
⠀
▪️The well known, but very often underestimated technique is deep breath.
Take a comfortable position ( sit, lay, or stand), your back should be absolutely straight, hands put on the stomach. Take a deep, slow breath through the nose. First the air should fill in the stomach and then your chest, hold it for a few seconds, and then slowly breathe out through the mouth, again starting with the stomach and then continue with the chest. Take 5 to 10 breaths. Try to concentrate Your attention on every breath you take. At the beginning it may be hard and You will get distracted on 3d breath, but day by day You will learn to stay concentrated during the full exercise. This technique will make You feel more relaxed and energized, help you clean your mind and practice your concentration skills.
⠀
▪️Listening.
Sit comfortably on a chair, try to hold Your back straight, hands put on the laps, close your eyes. Slowly breathe in and breathe out and start listening to the sounds around You. Don't try to analyze or evaluate them. Don't try to hear new sounds. They are just coming and leaving naturally. Thanks to this practice you will refresh our brain and get rid of unnecessary thoughts.
⠀
▪️Smile.
Stand in front of the mirror and smile to yourself for 3- 5 minutes. It may seem easy and even silly, but don't be so critical until You try. As the research shows it can be really hard to look at yourself and just smile or even laugh. This kind of practice helps to improve the mood, and get rid of negative emotions such as anger and fear. But here is one rule, the smile should be natural. If at the beginning it's hard to smile for 3 minutes, start with a few seconds and then with time You will be able to smile to Yourself and to people around You much longer and more often.
