Incredible adventurous coffee.

The higlight for me is the body and I think this is the perfect variety for honey process. My father at 76 years of age and just recently stopped using milk in coffee(thanks to me ;) ) after using milk for all his coffee drinking life loves it.

We have Tolima, a highly fermented tabi variety (+600h) grown in Líbano Tolima around 1750-1800 meters above sea level. Results are a lot of sweetness and a wine like taste, notes of organge mandarin. We have been working with producer for over 4 years. He is considered a coffee expert and is upfront in complex methods. This includes methods such as culturing, thermo schock, anaerobic, aerobic, fermentation, plus more. We are happy to keep working with him. you can find some additional coffees from him in our shop (ex. fusion grapes)
