The Bank of Burgundy is an initiative to chart the best-of in the scene of historical re-enactment and LARP. Our nr 1 priority is top quality, followed by fair pricing and personal assistance. We do not believe in cheap – which is an indication of bad quality, contrary to a good price – and ‘fast’ is only a nice extra as long as it doesn’t compromise quality.

We started as a producer of LARP coins, as we were unhappy with the average LARP coin offers. Overpriced, tasteless designs of bad quality (in our humble opinion...) were dominant on the market. So we decided to run a Kickstarter campaign in April 2018 to produce our own – with great success. Fun fact: by December 2019 nearly 100.000 of our coins are already spread out through Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Over the past decade, we learned the hard way how valuable good quality equipment is to fully enjoy your beautiful hobby. But why should we all ‘re-invent the wheel’ individually, if there’s only a handful of master crafters in our scenes anyway? So, the Bank of Burgundy opens its pool of knowledge, contacts and skills to anyone who’s looking for the very best.
