Top up before the deadline at Jackson’s & Sons!

📌NOTICE OF JUICE (PREPAID) SERVICE INTERRUPTION📌

DOMLEC advises its Pay As You Go customers that work will be undertaken to prepare the upgraded JUICE platform for going live. During the period, Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th August 2026, customers and vendors will not be able to access the JUICE portal for topping up and will also not receive message alerts while the system is being activated.

Customers are therefore encouraged to top up their accounts no later than 6:00 PM on Sunday 9th August, 2026 and ensure there is sufficient credit to last until Wednesday 12th August 2026.

This temporary inconvenience is necessary to facilitate important upgrades to the JUICE platform, which will ultimately provide customers with a more reliable, efficient, and improved service experience.

DOMLEC thanks all customers for their patience and understanding.
