About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our merchant network.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential clients and merchants to introduce the company's services.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or digital services is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Own transportation is a plus.
