We were truly delighted to participate in the wonderful Goethe event. 🇩🇪
It was an inspiring experience from start to finish. Meeting so many dedicated and passionate German teachers reminded us of the power of collaboration and shared learning. ✨🌹

We were so happy to see how engaged everyone was during the sessions delivered by Dr. Manar Barakat, the Cornelsen consultant, her engaging style and practical advice on working with students left a strong impression on everyone who attended. 👏👩‍🏫

We are looking forward to being a part of more events like this to come together, connect, and grow as a teaching community. 🤩

Wir waren total begeistert, an der tollen Goethe-Veranstaltung teilzunehmen! Die gesamte Erfahrung war von Anfang bis Ende inspirierend. So viele engagierte und leidenschaftliche Deutschlehrkräfte zu treffen, hat uns wieder gezeigt, wie wertvoll Zusammenarbeit und gemeinsames Lernen sind.

We were pleased to visit Imperial College Egypt today along with Cornelsen’s consultant Dr. Manar Barakat, where we had the chance to spend quality time and engage with the kids. From singing songs together to playing fun games, it was a heartwarming experience filled with smiles. 🎶🎉

We extend our appreciation to the staff and students for their warm hospitality and for creating an environment that allowed for such an enjoyable and rewarding experience. ✨💫

Job description:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner.
• Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them.
• Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized service.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Manage and update customer databases.
• Follow-up on customer calls.
• Review customer-provided details before confirming the order.
• Verify order information, including location and order details, in the Odoo system.
• Address issues such as late refunds, out-of-stock items, product replacements, exchanges, and other related matters.
• Process returns in the Odoo system and documents the reason for the return.
• Respond to customer emails regarding return requests and provide necessary information and instructions.
• Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure seamless synchronization of orders, refunds, and other financial transactions between Oddo and Shopify platforms.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to expedite product deliveries, update out-of-stock statuses on Oddo, offer alternative sizes when necessary, and handle any issues related to undelivered or incomplete orders.
• Collaborate with the senior buyer in case of product defects; work together to address and resolve any issues with the vendors.
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
2) Hands-on 1: 3 Years of experience.
3) Very Good User of Microsoft Office (Excel).
4) Bachelor's degree at [ Faculty of Commerce -English section (Credit) / Faculty of Al Alsun English section / Faculty of Education English section is preferred.
