Our Yoga classes have changed times AND day, due to the hot weather 🥵 and the busy beach season 🥴 Hopefully this will make it a more comfortable experience for those of you that suffer with the heat (Like myself!) especially if you don't mind an early start to the day 🕗 🙈

Soooo on THURSDAYS at 8.00am until 9.00am Yin and a Dip is BACK! Starting this Thursday on the Loco's beach near the 222 restaurant. Feel free to join us afterwards for breakfast or a coffee at the sea front, that's up to you!

Energy exchange is 5 euros 🙏

Good evening!

On Wednesday after our Yin and a Dip beach class we opened our donation tin!!

We had a slow start to the year with many classes having to be cancelled in January and February BUT we still managed to collect 388.00€ 👏🥳 😻

I decided to share it out with some of our local charities or rescue groups which desperately need the money at this time of the year. Did you realise that the rescue groups receive very little help, if any, from the Town Hall? 😳

Soooo..i shared out the money.. ⬇️⬇️

A Helping Hand - Food & Clothes Bank -Costa Blanca will get 118.00€ 🥳 for the food bank 🥖

Lisa Colley-Mason - 120.00€ to help cover some of Peanut's vet bills 🐾🥺

Haven of Hope Cat Rescue - 100.00€ to help with all the cats and kittens she took on lately 😻🙈

Jackie Collins - 50.00€ to help trap and neuter her colony of cats 🐈🐈‍⬛

We might have to consider changing the time to 5.00pm next week as we head towards the summer because it's getting quite hot 🔥 and busy. What do you think? 🤔

Haven of Hope Cat Rescue is very pleased with all donations that we got together between Friday and Saturday 🙏✨️🙏
We made 137€ in just two days 👏👏

I'll continue to take in any donations over this next week and i'll get them to Danielle for the weekend. Towels, blankets, food and or money donations are much appreciated.

Hi! My friend Danielle is really struggling at the moment 🥺 she's only went and rescued a garden full of cats and kittens and is desperate for help.

Do you have an old towel or blanket that you were thinking of throwing away? Have you got a couple of euros that you can afford to donate? Are you out shopping today and don't mind popping in an extra can of cat food?

I'm at the Qihai centre tomorrow and any kind donations would be most appreciated 🙏 you can pop them into me before class or after (If that's easier) I know it's short notice but anything can be handed in next week aswell.

Last Wednesday the beach was unusually quiet..a storm was brewing..the threatening clouds hovered in the distance and just a small group of people turned up, but it was bliss and the sea was surprisingly pleasant.

We're back on the Loco's beach in Torrevieja this Wednesday again at 4.00pm for Yin & a Dip. Do you want to join us? Just turn up!

Yoga at the Qihai centre beside the Marquesa golf course. Every Tuesday and Saturday we're on our mats at 10.00am for a Hatha yoga flow, bringing movement and breath together as one!

No previous experience is required to join our classes. Feel free to drop in for a chat, join a class or to visit the centre whenever you want to!

All going well we're back on the Loco's beach tomorrow, Wednesday for Yin and a Dip at 4.00pm.

There’s a bit of a breeze today and temperatures have certainly dropped which will just add a little bit more of fun and laughter 🌊🥶 Bring cosy layers for afterwards and feel free to join us for a hot drink at the 222 café bar ☕️🫖
