(Part 1. - The Bridal)

This wedding kicked off our 2026 season and it was certainly one for the books. Loved every single moment from the initial vision from our bride, to the design process and to the build itself.
Some materials linger in my mind and wait for years to be used. This specific tree, I absolutely adore, was kind enough to bloom right on cue. Next week the flowers were gone.
I build each bridal in front of a mirror and always make sure they photograph well. It’s not a 15-minute job but a process that sometimes takes longer than expected. And yet, it’s one of the best parts of the whole build. (Swipe for some ’in the making’ videos)

Dear all, it’s been a minute since our last post here. Our existance is as strong as ever despite being present on social media. I do still want to share our work and love for all things floral here as well, though it will happen just as erratically as ever.
Starting with a few snippets of my summer: work stuff, touching all kinds of flowers, mushrooms and the most important event of all - my 40th birthday! I celebrated with a small group of friends and family who travelled literally hundreds of km to be there and I haven’t felt that much love and joy in a while. 🩷
My perfect floral lace trousers were created by a dear, talented friend Jenni Alava ALAVA Studio (with literally zero fittings in between!). If you’re in need of some made-to-measure, you’ll find her from Äkäslompolo. 💋

The most beautiful private location with tall pines and a sea view, combined with an elegant palette, such precious, carefully selected varieties & the loveliest couple.

From 70s inspired first day, to summer solstice celebration and finally making it’s way to a historical ceremony on the main stage of the National Opera House. The culmination of elegance and love all the way through. ❤️
