Coravin™ Technology allows you to pour and enjoy fine wines without disturbing the natural aging process- or the process to commit to the whole bottle. For centuries, the cork had to be removed in order to enjoy a glass of wine- that era is over. The Coravin Wine Preservation Opener keeps the cork in the bottle, where it's been since it was first sealed in the winery. Now you can explore your fine

When the Coravin Wine Preservation Opener is in place, a thin hollow needle is inserted through the cork to extract the wine. PRESSURIZE & POUR
The bottle is then pressurized with Argon, an inert gas that's in the air we breathe. Once the bottle has been pressurized, the wine flows through the needle and pours into your glass. REMOVE
When the Coravin Wine Preservation Opener and its needle are removed, the cork reseals itself. The remaining wine never comes in contact with oxygen and continues to evolve naturally. You must be of legal drinking age to follow us.

What a weekend!!

40 years of Marathon du Médoc and our team was there to celebrate in the best way possible: 42 kilometers through Bordeaux’s vineyards, with w**e and food waiting at stops along the way!

20+ w**eries pouring and cheering us on, that’s the kind of hospitality that makes this race so special.

& it was great to welcome Vivian June DipWSET, the winner of our contest all the way from NYC to run with us!! Thanks for joining our team 🍷

Before heading home, we ended our time in Bordeaux at Les Trois Pinardiers - Bar à vins 🍷 who has 120+ w**es by-the-glass 🎉

We’re pouring 5 Puttonyos, from Tokaji, Hungary. It’s made from hand-picked, shriveled “aszu” grapes affected by noble rot, blended with base w**es. Expect a rich amber color, with notes of orange peel, fig, and cinnamon, a wonderful ‘grand finale’

Third stop: Tbilisi, Georgia 🇬🇪

We’re pouring Tbilvino ‘Qvevris’ Rkatsiteli, made from Rkatsiteli, one of the oldest grape varieties, using the ancient qvevri method: grape juice and skins fermented together in large clay vessels buried underground.

The Coravin Timeless w**e by-the-glass system uses a precision engineered needle to gently pass through natural cork, allowing w**e to be poured while replacing the liquid with 100% pure argon gas, an inert food-safe gas already used in the w**emaking process.

Once the needle is removed, the cork naturally reseals, keeping the remaining w**e completely unaffected, even years later.
