Shouting out for a Somm-cause!

The Sommelier Association of Singapore is organizing a fundraiser for the Taiwan Sommelier Association on the 3rd of May.

The goal is to try and raise 10000 SGD to help alleviate the funding of the International General Assembly that will be held in Taipei on the 18th to 21st of May

Friends can help by:

1. Buying a ticket to attend the event or buying for your friends.

2. Posting the event on your socials and spreading the word.

3. Donating a bottle of wine for the silent auction.

4. Volunteering as a volunteer on that day to man booths

Laguiole en Aubrac with Burgundy and Navy Blue Camel bone handles.

Colored camel bone is a particularly soft and pleasant material in the hand.

Originally the bone is a brittle material and needs to be stabilized before being worked.

This stabilization consists of injecting transparent or colored resins into the bone to strengthen it.

This process makes it particularly resistant and gives it enough strength to be drilled, polished and worked.
