A reminder that I will be holding my Meditation and Sound Bath at St Mary Magdalene Church, Crewe Road, Alsager on Tuesday evening from 6.30pm until 7.45pm.

Join me as I guide you into relaxation and surround you with the vibrations of the Crystal Sound in the beautiful sacred space.

These sessions are weekly, 7pm until 7.45pm.

Good morning 🤩

I have been a little quiet here as I have been preparing to attend Happy Place Festival at Tatton Park this weekend.

We are here today starting the set up. We got slightly wet when we arrived but the rain has cleared and the sun will shine ✨.

This year we have our own space out of the shopping village so you will see us as you head to the main stage.

I’m excited to get everything set up and meet everyone who visits here this weekend.

I am sharing with you that during September I have a new time for my Guided Meditation and Sound Bath which is held Hub & Health in Alsager.

We will gather from 7pm until 7.45pm. Where I will guide you into relaxation offer you a beautiful drop of Rose Oil to bring you into your heart centre and then you will be surrounded by the vibrations of the Crystal Bowls as I activate the sound you will be bathed in these frequencies 🤍

You can join the 4 week block and really allow your body to receive and remember the crystal frequencies for just £44 or pay per session at £13.

Places are filling up quickly so if you are feeling the need to relax and recharge then please do get in touch to book your space.
