We're looking for a customer service assistant (1 full time or 2 x part-time roles) the role is on site at our Ambleside Head office.

The Customer Service Assistant plays a vital frontline role in delivering that promise every day.

This position is focused on hands-on, day-to-day customer support across phone, email and digital channels. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable and solution-focused support while ensuring enquiries, returns and issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

You will help ensure every interaction reflects our brand values and contributes to building long-term customer loyalty.
