Ampleforth Abbey Drinks Artisan cider and spirits using handpicked apples from the Ampleforth Abbey Orchard. Ampleforth Abbey Cider is made on site using apples from the Abbey Orchard.

Ampleforth Abbey Beer has been recreated for us by Little Valley Brewery, using a traditional Benedictine recipe . Ampleforth Abbey Beer is based on a traditional Benedictine recipe in the Trappist style. The apples are also the base for the Apple Liqueur and Cider Brandy. All profits from the sale of our monastic produce goes into the upkeep of the Abbey and Monastery.
