Update .. he’s home for a few days 🙌🙌now of to off  to Lithuanian❤️

A very special visitor popped into My Fab Find Emporium this morning! ❤️

My son Dan has been home for a few precious days before heading back out on tour with The Cure. As a proud mum, I couldn’t resist getting a photo outside the shop before he sets off on another amazing adventure.

Watching him travel the world doing what he loves makes me incredibly proud, and having him home for a little while has been even more special.

While Dan is off across Europe, I’ll be here doing what I love too – welcoming you all to My Fab Find Emporium and continuing to support our wonderful local traders and handmade makers.

Lovely to have the sun back in full force! No doubt ‘al fresco’ eating will be back in favour. Just landed at Serendipity at My Fab Find are some lovely carafes for wine or soft drinks (or anything you like) together with some wine glasses or tumblers - perfect for those BBQs or picnics. Also a lovely slate platter for charcuterie or cheeses, slate coasters and a charming cheese knife set with rustic rattan handles.

The pitch at My Fab Find has had a bit of a refresh - new bottle bags, gift bags, lovely hand painted Portuguese platter, slate serving platter, slate coasters, cute little antique bovril jars (ideal for rustic table design, perfect for one or two blooms), and quite a lot more …… and not just at Serendipity. The place is looking great, all ready for MFF’s 13th Anniversary celebrations tomorrow. Do pop in and visit if you can, 10% off across the board just for tomorrow.

I continue to be surprised and delighted by the sales of my gift bags at My Fab Find, for which thank you. I thought I might try ‘bottle bags’ as a new line using the same fresh look with charming, rustic designs. These need not be just for wine, of course - any taller, slimmer gift would also work e.g. bottles or jars regardless of contents or perhaps candles? More designs to follow including those wine related 😁🍷🥂🍾

Oh my, I love these charming little green and gold ceramic storage jars for coffee, tea and sugar. They are in perfect condition (never used). An ideal size too so as not to take up too much room on a kitchen counter. Going over to My Fab Find shortly.

I love these charming little glass cloche dishes. Lovely to see the sunshine today! I would like to thank those of my customers who have purchased gift bags from me. To my delight, they are proving rather popular and I really enjoy doing them for you. They come with a gift tag and tissue paper to make gifting easy. I love the idea of the alphabet letter designs so that you can personalise the gift bag. Two designs are shown here - all letters available. I do have quite a large range of general designs in stock so do please get in touch if you have something particular in mind and I will do my best to help.

Rattan makes me think of warmer weather, al fresco dining and garden furniture! I know we are not there yet but I do love these charming rattan bee napkin rings and the elegant, yet rustic, cheese knife set with rattan handles. I am all for forward planning!! 😀☀️
