What a fun day we’ve all had at Hampden representing our business and school Annan Academy News 🪵

We done an interview, presentation and heard from a special speaker, Paul McNeil 🗣️

We came away with the Sustainability award and were shortlisted for two other awards, doing ourselves proud 🥳

We would like to thank everyone again for making it possible to get this far on our business journey 🧳

Today is a very proud day for our business and everyone involved as we travel to Hampden to compete in the National Finals!

Thanks everyone for supporting us on our journey so far we couldn’t have done any of this without yous 🤩

Last night, our Services Coordinator, Tracey McEwan, and our Training and Learning Coordinator, Adam Wardrop, attended the Young Enterprise Awards at Dumfries and Galloway College.

They would like to extend their warmest congratulations to this year’s winners, Annan Academy! 🎉

It was an excellent evening, and every group involved should be incredibly proud of their hard work, creativity, and achievements. Well done to all participants!

That’s a wrap…
Until we go to Hampden to compete against all the other regions in Scotland! 🥳

This journey hasn’t been easy at times but we managed to push through and get the result we all worked our socks off for, winning overall in Dumfries and Galloway along with 5 other awards! From the trouble with the Laser Cutter to the cheers of tonight we have loved every moment 👏

We couldn’t have done it without all of you who kept liking, sharing, commenting and sticking by us!

Don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere keep checking our page for updates on our company’s road to Hampden 🪵🎉

26.03.26 - Tomorrow, a special day for our little business and everyone involved. The Final day at Dumfries, we will compete against all the other Enterprises in the region for a chance to get to the Scottish Finals!

Everything has all lead up to this and we are all extremely proud of ourselves for what we have managed to produce in such a short amount of time 🕰️
