🎄Polite but important message for all of our customers...
As a family run business we too have small children and will be taking time off to spend Christmas and the holidays with them just as all of you are so the following opening hours will apply:
🔵 Social Media Platforms and Telephone Lines will be switched off at 2pm Christmas Eve until after the holidays.
🔵Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December we will open Phonelines and Social Media from 10am - 2pm.
🔵Phonelines and Social Media will be back to normal working hours from Monday 5th January at 10am.
‼️Reminder to have checked all of your items. Items are sealed from manufacturer and it is your responsibility to check everything over when receive delivery. Final courier deliveries were completed at the end of last week so all items should have been checked by now.
Fully charge items and test them.
➡️ Some helpful info:
🔵Your item will not switch on when charger is connected.
🔵Parent Controls need to be paired as per the instructions. You may need to switch item on and off once paired.
🔵Items CANNOT be left outside in rain, frost, snow etc - they're electrical!
🔵Once built remember to fully charge at least once a month to maintain battery.
