Hi I'm Gem, owner of The Inclusive Gift Company

I am a single parent to one boy and two loopy dogs, who as crazy as they drive me are my absolute world but despite loving being mam I want to be more than just that. Design and creation is my other love, it gives me a chance to drop the mam title and lose myself in my creative side that I've always loved but also make others smile at the same time. I specialise in turning something quite generic and blah into that special gift for someone that is guaranteed to make them smile. For example I can turn a pretty cushion into that perfect gift for a child by adding unique designs and personalisation that turns it into a gift that will mean the world to the person receiving it. At the end of 2020 we have rebranded to the Inclusive Gifts Company from CherieSparklesGifts to allow me to combine my love of personalised gifts but also further focus on my passion of disability awareness. I love to open up people’s eyes to just how amazing people who live with disabilities are but also remind us all how special we really are. Many items that are safe for use by disabled people can be quite generic and boring and i want to change that whilst also educating the world about just how wonderful and special disabled people are! I also want to make the lives of those living with or affected by disability easier and can do this by bringing you a one stop shop for all your gifting needs. I have a small but established social media following across facebook, Instagram and even TikTok and have been selling through facebook for around 3 years now, Alot of my customers are repeat customers and have been for a couple of years now and all will give me 5* recommendations which is lovely!

How is it 5 weeks already?

Now the shop is settled in and I am slowly getting more and more onto the shelves, come and find my products at 35a Station Road ( right next door to the taxi office and across the road from Top Bargains in . L L Cool Jellys & Co, is a new, lovely friendly shop with I personally think some of the best businesses in the North east.

You've got our Jelly wax, home fragrance queen that is Lisa the wonderful owner ('I'm not the boss') from LL Cool Jellys.

The 3d printer wizard that is James (Pevs Prints) All Tested and certified so every one is safe.

My gorgeous new instant friend Natalie (Beautifully Gothic), who is calling to all our darker depths with her Horror, Fantasy, Gothic and Halloween but all year round Gifts.

The multi-talented lady that is Cath (Lovely little Things) who has a whole host of gifts, keyrings, Prints and more for you to enjoy.

We are really loving meeting each and every person who comes in and has a browse, a chat and even just gives us a cheery wave through the window every day.

Coming to High Street just in time for ! I’m slowly in the process of getting some of my items into the absolutely amazing L L Cool Jellys shop on the high street!

You will absolutely love what Lisa Crosby has going on there with her wax Jelly’s! 6-7 times longer lasting than regular melts and both they and the shop shop smell divine!!

Opposite Top Bargains - just look for Raja G Coffee shop (but shhhhh don’t mention the sign to Lisa 😜)

There is also kids painting kits and other items by Lovely Little Things, Beautiful gothic/alterbative style homeward and accessories by Beautifully Gothic and Pevs Prints will be coming in soon with his 3D printing makes. Shopping and gifts for people of all ages!! 🥰

It can’t be all pretty prints and gorgeous gifts. Some days it’s screwdrivers, up to the elbows in ink and a whole lot of prayer to the printer gods that it doesn’t break!

Happy Saturday!!! Can you believe we are on the 2nd of May already?! I can't, although I am enjoying making the most of the nice weather we have at the moment at least before the forecast changes again. I think I might move myself out into the garden with my tablet to do these Teacher Mug listings this afternoon! With over 10 different staff options and I'm sure someone will get me to add some more!
