The time has come to expose you all to my Huge Jelly Balls. I have worked for several months perfecting the texture, mouth feel and flavour depth, and to add to the complexity I have set the jellies with natural pectin. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan Friendly, no artificial colours or flavouring.

Jellies:
Irn Bru - tag line 'made from girders'. A soft drink with a unique flavour invented in Scotland. It's one of my favourites.
Sicillian Lemon & Lime - it's fresh and zingy. A real palate cleanser and crowd pleaser.
Strawberry & Cherry - Summer may be over but strawberries for me are for all year. Pair a strawberry with a sweet cherry and boom!
