Another award nomination?! 🤯 Well… I certainly wasn’t expecting this!

I’m absolutely over the moon to share that The Flower House has been shortlisted for the FPC Independent Retailer of the Year Award! ✨

To be recognised by the Fresh Produce Consortium alongside so many fantastic businesses is a real honour.

What a year this is turning out to be! 🤩

When you get the opportunity to create an installation at RHS Sandringham… it would be rude to say no! 🌿

It was a real pleasure to work alongside the British Florist Association to create this floral corner within the Floral Marquee at the RHS Sandringham Flower Show.

The aim was to transform an open space into a peaceful spot where visitors could pause for a moment, take in the incredible displays around them, and simply enjoy the beauty of nature.

It’s amazing how a relatively small installation can completely change the feel of a space, and I loved bringing this little corner to life using seasonal flowers, natural textures and sustainable mechanics.

A huge thank you to Tom Brown Wholesale Florist for supplying such beautiful flowers. Their quality is always exceptional and helped bring the installation to life beautifully.

And finally, a special mention to the talented team at Dae Studio | Artist Led Design Studio for creating the stunning RHS installation in the show grounds.

A wonderful project, a beautiful setting and another reminder of why I love being part of this incredible industry. 🌿✨

✨ A new chapter… ✨

I’ve just returned home after an amazing family holiday in Florida, where this photo was taken. It gave me the chance to completely switch off, reflect, and get ready for what is going to be a very exciting new chapter.

Some of you may already have seen the news, but I’m absolutely delighted to be joining the British Florist Association as their new Membership Secretary.

It’s an incredible opportunity to support florists across the UK and to give something back to an industry that has given me so much throughout my career. After many years working as a florist, being able to support the wider floristry community feels incredibly special, and I honestly can’t wait to get started.

For the last ten years, The Flower House has been such a huge part of my life, and I simply couldn’t have reached this point without the support of my wonderful family, friends and customers. Whether you’ve ordered flowers, attended a workshop, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed my journey, thank you. It truly means the world.

With this exciting new role comes a change to The Flower House, as the business evolves in a new direction.

Going forward, The Flower House will be focusing on the work I love most: weddings, farewell flowers, workshops and other pre-booked floral commissions, rather than day-to-day gift bouquets.

This change allows me to continue creating beautiful flowers while dedicating time to supporting our wonderful floristry industry through my new role with the British Florist Association.

While my day-to-day work will look a little different, my love of creating flowers certainly hasn’t changed. I’m excited to embrace this next chapter and see where the journey takes me.

Thank you for being part of my journey so far. I’m so excited for what’s ahead, and I hope you’ll continue to follow along with me.

So excited to share that I’ll be involved in Fleurs de Villes DIANA! 👑✨

I’m incredibly proud to be returning for another year and can’t wait to bring this beautiful celebration of Princess Diana to life 🩷

Some legacies never fade – they continue to inspire.

This September, join us in London for the world premiere of Fleurs de Villes DIANA in support of The Diana Award.

Tickets go on sale today, 1 July, in honour of what would have been Diana, Princess of Wales’ 65th birthday.

On display at from 16 September–6 October, the exhibition will transform the elegant East Wing Galleries with spectacular fresh floral installations, featuring 15 one-of-a-kind floral mannequins created by London’s leading floral designers, each inspired by looks Diana, Princess of Wales wore while supporting charitable, humanitarian and arts organisations throughout her life.

More than a celebration of fashion, each floral design honours how Diana used her public appearances and personal style to champion meaningful causes, forge human connection, and inspire compassion around the world.

Presented in support of The Diana Award—the charity established in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales and her belief that young people have the power to change the world—a portion of proceeds will help support programmes empowering the next generation of changemakers.

As a first glimpse of what’s to come, we’re delighted to unveil one of the exhibition’s floral mannequins, created by the talented team at .
