Normally I don't have butter but, when there is a little piece in the the fridge from Mr Breton's baking the toast was screaming out for it!!! It's unsalted so all the better

Client brought in a 1981 Hodo 935 Special for a "rescue", covered in all sorts badly in need of a bit of love, rather than a deep down rebuilt just going to replace what needs replacing tuners & bridge could do with an upgrade i think, whoever put it on must have used a hammer bent posts etc, but a general clean up and a good polish up, did play & sound pretty good, literally just given a quick clean and now......so it starts ..............

well my first Les Paul "Style" build now doing shake down & bedding in, now the gold coloured pick up rings too much bling yes / no? :-) yeah i know need to change the P/U Selector surround......

Big shout out to Guitar Decals for the quick turnaround on the BJW logo, Bretons (BJW) 3rd build & 1st LP Style guitar, now being set up set with sacrificial strings,10s to fitted after... Im biased as my (brian) Blue is my fav colour, really happy with the dye & flame maple, in the righ light really pops, now for a fw days setting up settling & re stting, new case & will be ready to go.

When you set up a fender that sounds amazing but still has the pickguard plastic covering on, in places, a clean up, intonation set up, machine heads tighten up, tuning pole wobblying :-) more to do
