UPDATE REGARDING ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS 💬

This is ONE of the reasons I honestly contemplate packing this business up entirely…

AND THIS IS THE LATEST EXAMPLE: A box of sweets ordered while my 15% OFF offer was running. There’s OVER 1500g in here — worth £15 at full price, ordered for just £12.75 — and now it’s just SAT HERE, WORTH NOTHING unless I offer it really cheap to one of you.

When people place orders → I make their items → and then they just DON’T REPLY. Yes, I know life gets busy and things come up! But I honestly would appreciate just a QUICK message — a simple “sorry, something’s come up” or “no, I don’t need this anymore” — that’s ALL it takes.

Over the years I’ve had SO many personalised items made and then never collected. Money down the drain because they’re made-to-order and no one else can use them. Plus so many other situations where people just stop replying… or even block me completely.

I’m a ONE-PERSON small business. Just me. I work hard to keep my prices as LOW as I possibly can. It’s honestly so disheartening and costly when this keeps happening.

Good evening everyone 👋

First off, so sorry for the radio silence… AGAIN! 😅
Life’s been a little but busy lately – I’ve been busy decorating the kitchen, trying to decluttering every corner of the house, sorting out and downsizing my stock in my work shed

You may have noticed I’ve posted loads of sweets today – these are everything I have in stock 📦 It’s much easier than writing out long lists, and you can see exactly what’s available! All sorted into albums: jellies, fizzy, liquorice and more.
