Yesterday Darcy took part in the South West Open Karate Championships (his training is hybrid Taekwondo based). He only went and won two Silver trophies in Kata and Juraken. He’d never done Juraken until stepping onto the mat!

We welcomed the Australian and New Zealand teams today for the UK International MF Martial Arts Championships and Darcy won Gold in the Kickboxing Drill 🥇🥇🥇

Update: He also won Bronze in his 10 Kick Combo and Gold in Sparring.
