8 years ago I shared this post on my personal page on Instagram... 8 years on I am living a completely different life to what I was then, in fact I have been for the last 7 years!!

Life moves in mysterious ways but keep focused. If you want to change your life for the better, you can. I am living proof of that.

It may not be easy, it can be very tough, but you can survive it. Again, I am living proof of that.

One decision big or small can change everything. In my case it was a massive decision but I am forever grateful to myself for taking that risk no matter how hard it was for a few years after. I survived and so can you.

Change can be a wonderful thing 💖💫✨️
