Have been sent over the new titles that will be released in January 2023!

These are just some of the ones that I will be interested to add to my lovely book collection.

Apologies for being so quiet lately , we have all been quite unwell in our house for over a week 🦠
We have been keeping ourselves busy indoors with Christmas activities and traditions of baking cookies / biscuit decorating and homemade decoration making! ❄️

Wanted to show you the lovely snowflakes that we have been making from one of the lovely Usborne countdown to Christmas book that I treated my little ones too with my commission last month 😊

We have had so much fun making these and will be decorating with glitter later on today !

Have you ever made homemade decorations out of recycling ?

This book is a great way to keep your children busy whilst making something they can keep or even gift to a loved one for Christmas 🎄

🇫🇷 Learning to speak French 🇫🇷

Can you speak another language? I done German when I was in secondary school but wasn’t very good at it unfortunately.

My eldest is learning to speak French in school , he is in year three at junior school.
He has taken a great interest since learning this which I think is great.
It has become a thing now that he will come home and teach me what he has been taught and then have small conversations ( he is better than me 😂)
We have great fun doing this and has become quite a nice thing for us to do together just us two 😊

I decided to have a look and see what was available in the Usborne Catalogue and came across this lovely book to learn the first 1000 words in French and a game of snap .

Looking forward to sharing these with him. Will be nice to have a fun game to play but also learning at the same time. Win Win 🏆

Look what has arrived today in my delivery 📦

🔹We are HUGE Arts and Crafts fans in our household. Always encourage the children to be creative using bits and bits to make fun art projects indoors.

♻️Most of us are left with a mass amount of recycling at the end of the week so why not get creative and make some creations and have some FUN with your little ones this week?

⭐️ Matching Games and Books ⭐️ 3+

❣️These lovely games include 4 bingo boards, 36 picture cards and a book for £7.99 each .

❣️These delightful games are an ideal way for little children to have fun as they begin to learn the alphabet\numbers and make links between letters/sounds and numbers.

❣️They each come with a book and includes instructions for two different memory games (suitable for 2-5 players) that can be played with the boards and cards.

Yesterday I had my very first Pop up book Stall which I was very nervous about doing and even wanted to cancel at times.

So pleased that I pushed through my nerves as it was a great success 😊

I had lots of great interaction with customers and made some really good connections.

I took all my stock from my starter kit / booster kit and freebies from previous orders.
I had an advent calendar for £2 a door which has interest of some children who had a few £ to spend. Also I had Christmas card magic painting for 50p a go which was quite successful with the little ones. 🖌

The school where I had the stall do not currently have an Usborne connection so I have asked the school if they would like to work with me further which they seemed really happy about 😊 Already been invited to their summer Fair in July !

Also got speaking with another stall holder that was pitched next to me who’s children attend a different school and she wanted more information from me as she runs the PTA. She wants to discuss with me further what I could potentially do for her school in the future.

I made £156 worth of sales in total yesterday 🤩

I was very proud when I put my order through last night to see I had achieved my ⭐️ Kit Refund ⭐️

I have another stall on Friday the 2nd December which I am really looking forward to 📚

⭐️ Kit Boost⭐️ I was very excited to hit my target within my first 3 weeks with Usborne. I think having the advent calendars to sell really did help me to achieve this as I managed to sell 20 in total .
Receiving another £50 worth of free books is really going to help me as I have my first stall this weekend at a local school.

My favourite book in this kit would have to be the science dictionary. My son picked this one straight up and had his nose in it for ages learning lots of new things he didn’t know before 🧪

Next stop ⭐️kit refund⭐️
