We take a great deal of pride in what we do, and subsequently our customer service, so do our very best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. Wednesday is our only post out day, so if you make multiple orders in-between postage days, please only pay postage on your first order, and any following orders choose the 'pick-up' to ensure you only pay the fee once.
