🥘 Ingredients:
2 cups thick poha (flattened rice)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 green chili (chopped)
1 small potato (finely diced – optional)
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
Lemon juice (to taste)
Fresh coriander (chopped)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Rinse poha in a sieve and drain well. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add onion, green chili, and potato; cook until soft.
Add turmeric and salt, then gently mix in poha.
Cook for 3–5 minutes on low heat.
Finish with lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
