My fave flowers from my cut this morning. The dahlias are really a late August & September flower but they’re slowly coming and some varieties are putting out lots of stems. If you can tell me what the third variety is I would be grateful as OBVIOUSLY I haven’t labeled anything correctly 🙃🫠

I know it’s not a very original thought but I REALLY love cosmos. Every year, I forget just how much they make me smile. I’m growing fewer varieties this year but more plants overall and I’m questioning my decision! Next year I might need to add some more back in.

Tried something new, didn’t enjoy it.
Ok, small lie. I did enjoy it but I found it hard!
Not perfect but going to try to push myself to make more bouquets that aren’t my ‘usual style’
The best thing is all these stems were grown by me!

The rain has given everything a bit of a lift and particularly my dahlia and cosmos.
I invested in a lot more varieties this year and I’m so glad I did. Dahlias, cosmos, sunflowers and zinnias will be making their way into subscription bouquets this week. Let me know if you’d like to order 🧡
