Customer notice for back to school orders...

💙 *A little update for our lovely customers* 💙

We know how important it is for your children to have everything they need ready for the new school year, and we just wanted to say a huge *thank you for your patience and understanding* while we work through the very busy period. 🥰

Our team is working incredibly hard behind the scenes to fulfil *every order as quickly as possible*. We are also prioritising *older orders first*, so that orders are completed in the fairest possible way and nobody is overlooked. 💙

Whilst our website states everything is in stock some of your order may be awaiting embroidery which will cause delays at this time of year. From today any such item will not be guaranteed before the new school year begins. However we will contact you to let you know to collect the rest of your order.

We also ask that all customers please collect complete orders at your earliest convenience as our hold rails are now at capacity.

An update on our website and some of the issues we have been experiencing recently...

We’d like to sincerely apologise to any customers who have recently experienced issues placing orders or making payments through our website using our previous payment gateway, PayPal.

We understand how frustrating this has been and truly appreciate your patience while we investigated the problem. After recognising the ongoing issues, we have now moved to a new payment provider — Stripe — and all payments should now be processing as normal on our website.

Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and loyalty to our business. We’re also excited to share that a brand new website will be launching soon, bringing an even better shopping experience for everyone.

Last night we had the absolute privilege of celebrating 10 incredible years of The Way Youth Zone in Wolverhampton — and what a celebration it was! 🎉💙

The 10-year birthday event was an amazing showcase of young talent — from powerful performances to confident speakers, it was a true reflection of the creativity, courage and potential being nurtured every single day. 🌟

Hearing the inspirational talks and seeing first-hand the impact this charity is having across our community was incredibly moving. The stories shared highlighted not just opportunity, but transformation — safe spaces, mentorship, encouragement, and belief in young people when it matters most.

It was inspiring.
It was motivational.
It was filled with positivity and hope for the future.

A huge well done to the incredible team, volunteers, supporters and all the young people who make The Way such a special place. The work being done in Wolverhampton is truly life-changing, and the passion of everyone involved shines through in everything they do.

Here’s to the next 10 years of empowering young people and strengthening our community! 💙✨
