Fun bike alert!

After doing many bike packing trips, we’ve done a full service on this lovely 2020 Bombtrack to bring it back to life.

A full rebuild including headset and seized T47 bottom-bracket repairs that took some persuasion to get out.

Aside from a rebuild we’ve installed some new drivechain parts, an upgraded ICE rotor, chain, cassette, bottom-bracket ect.

All good for many more miles 💪

Including this lovely DT Swiss / Shimano dyno-wheel, discounted to £110 from £160 (650b/27.5” thru-axle, easily converted to quick-release). DT 🇨🇭 G540db 32h rim laced to a Shimano Nexus Dyno-hub, we also have options for dyno-lights to pair it with.

Restoring a big guy!

This Benno electric cargo / kid carrier does serious miles on the long school-run, commuting to work and beyond.

In for a full strip down and rebuild, everything will get some love. Brake wise, new fluid / pads / discs. Gear wise, all new drivechain and derailleur (upgrading to Shimano E-Bike standard drivechain components for better mileage).

Roger’s workshop is within our workshop, he also offers steel frame repairs, frame modifications ect.

Perfect for that lovely steel frame with the stuck post, without any paintwork getting damaged.

Another custom gravel Commutter leaving the workshop today.

We got this ace carbon Planet X frame-set courtesy of .works which enabled us to build her up on a conservative budget.

The customer wanted decent tyre width, wide gear range and an adjustable stem, the left was left to us. The result is an ultra light gravel machine all ready to roll for a trip in the Alps later this summer!

Spec -
- Planet X XC Carbon frame-set (repainted forks)
- Wife flared Tifosi bars, adjustable stem, Cinelli tape
- Groupset; GRX 2x10 Hydraulic Shifters mixed with Tiagra 4700 gearing, extended up to a 36T rear cassette (Good tip for techies, GRX 10 speed and Tiagra 4700 are cross-compatible), Shimano Deore brake calliper and discs
- Wheels; Shimano MT15 wheelset wearing Halo gravel 38c tyres
- Tortec Rear Rack
