A busy day here…..me playing with clay and Miss Mad Maddison on the treadmill……not sure how many miles she racked up but she said she beat her PB 🙄

A lovely walk in the sunshine collecting grasses and discarded corn and oats after harvest from the fields to use in my ceramics……this is part of the job ……walking and gathering 💕💕

I love using gathered foliage to imprint in my clay to get the fabulous textures …..💕💕

It’s been a wonderful family day today….lots of catching up, laughs, giggles and good food…..just perfect 💕

As for Maisy Daisy Buttons the question was ‘Do you ever get the feeling you are being watched ?’

Morning……it’s a little quiet around today….Teddy is definitely missing his Lilly and with Kiki being on nest rest in the house/other garden due to her leg ….his tail is not as high as usual…. and he just looks a little lost ….💕

He does have his ginger girls and he gets to see Princess Kiki every day but he needs to be supervised so he’s not rough with her….Kiki is his bonded girl but he did love Lilly and they spent a lot of time together…..💕

It’s always hard losing a friend 💕💕

So here we are August 1st ……if you are one of the wonderful people who purchased our 2026 Charity Chicken Calendar in aid of the amazing FPC Poultry Rescue UK……it’s time to turn the page……💕💕

We say goodbye to the beautiful Agatha, Peanut, Lucy & Wanaka who have done a wonderful job for July and say a big HELLO to the gorgeous Cagney and Clarissa who are both stunning ladies …..they are so striking with their beautiful combs and gorgeous faces…..hens hold such wonderful beauty 💕💕

Oh and happy Yorkshire Day especially to all my beautiful Yorkshire followers out there……you can’t beat Yorkshire….especially if you’re born & bred in Gods own country …..hand me the flat cap & the whippet…..my dad had both 💕💕
