Some of you may have noticed that we had extended dispatch times recently. The only reason for this is that we took a short break to enjoy some Disney downtime!
Thanks to everyone who was so patient with replies to messages etc. Normal service has resumed now and we’re looking forward to making all your orders!

📢 Important Update to Our Postage Service

Due to the increasing number of enquiries we’re receiving regarding delayed deliveries with Royal Mail’s standard 2nd Class service, we’ve made the decision to change our standard postage option to Royal Mail Tracked 48, effective immediately.

We haven’t made this decision lightly, particularly given the increased postage costs. However, we believe it is the best way to provide a more reliable service and greater peace of mind for both ourselves and our customers.

Tracked 48 provides delivery tracking, allowing both you and us to monitor your order’s progress and helping to reduce uncertainty if delays occur.

This decision has also been influenced by Royal Mail’s recent changes to its 2nd Class delivery service, with deliveries no longer taking place on Saturdays and, in many areas, being made on alternate weekdays rather than daily.

While we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our control once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail. We hope this change will provide a smoother experience and reassure customers that they can follow their order every step of the way.

Our lizard like sidekicks are currently our most popular item, I shouldn’t be surprised really as they are adorable as well as practical!

So there we have it! All you wonderful customers have bought every single 3 number countdown that I have created! The burner has been running non stop for hour after hour once I've finished at work and it's still been a struggle to keep up!
We have one 2 number countdown left listed on etsy, with our last postage day of Wednesday! If you want it, be quick!
