2026 so far has been a bitch. So far this year hasnt been kind to me and my chronic illnesses have been raging. Due to a few family events which have been quite stressful on my body ive just been flat out exhausted. Im also on a waiting list for my next endo surgery and all of that together has been a big bowls of crazy.
So ive come to the decision of closing down my website. Im not getting many orders at the moment as i cant keep on top of posting and coming up with new ideas. So on the 31st march ile be closing the website. Maybe it will come back in the future. But for now, ile post pads i have available on here and can take paypal payments instead for stock i have available. Ile also be able to take requests and custom orders. Unfortunately a change i didnt want to make, but the time has come.

We’re back! The website is ready, and theres a couple of new bundles available too! Go check them out! 😍

So life has been lifeing recently and ive gotten behind again with making new designs to add to the website. Long story short, ive been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and at the moment… its kicking my arse. Im exhausted most of the time and im trying to find a new way to manage my day to day life and thats meant i havent been sewing much. So for now my plan is to try to move on most of my current designs to make room for new fun designs in the new year. I cant wait to show you all the new pads in the coming year but until then enjoy a cheeky buy 2 get one free offer until then. Xoxo

I was only 12 when i got my first period. I was one of the first girls at my school and i remember going to the toilet and being scared because there was blood and i had no idea what a period was. I was given a little bag with some disposable pads as well as a spare pair of underwear by my mum and it was all down hill from here.

At school we were given basic lessons about why periods happen but not much more detail than that. My periods have always been heavy but it was to the point where i would have days of school and feel faint not to mention the crippling pain. But even the doctors said it was normal and put me on the pill at 14 while i bled through pads every couple of hours.

When that didnt work i changed to the depo injection and the implant. These just messed my periods around more but again i was told this was normal and something we all dealt with. I ended up just using heavy night time pads as my go to, but they would still regularly leak. I tried tampons and other period products but they often hurt because of the endo.

As i got into my 20’s and started to talk about periods with my friends i realised my periods WERE NOT NORMAL. I started researching endometriosis. I had so many of the symptoms and decided it was time to talk to my doctors.

Getting my diagnosis took years. It started with scans and tests galore. Eventually in 2020 i had my first laparoscopic surgery where they found endo but the surgeon left it due to needing a more skilled surgeon to take it out. I finally got my ablation surgery to remove the endo in December 2023.

Endometriosis unfortunately doesnt have a cure and in most cases, just like mine, grows back. Endometriosis is found in 1 in 10 women and as common as asthma and diabetes but has no where near the research put into as is needed.

Talking about periods has a stigma attached to it. No one wants to feel weird or the odd one out. Periods are thought to be dirty and just something people should deal with. But if we talked about it more we could all help each other feel more normal. I dont just want to make pads, i want to end the stigma.
