Your coffee is about 98% water.

Which makes it the biggest ingredient in the cup, and the one nobody thinks about.

Hard water flattens the flavour you paid for in the beans. It also builds limescale inside your machine until something expensive stops working.

A filter sorts both. We stock Brita Purity, Jura Claris and WMF cartridges.

Decaf has a reputation problem. So we’re here to fix it.

Archie’s Decaf is a Fairtrade single origin from Peru, decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process. Chemical free, and widely reckoned to be the only method that takes the caffeine out without taking the character with it.

☕ Roasted peanuts, soft milk chocolate, cookie dough
☕ Medium body, mild acidity, a touch of burnt sugar

The beans come from smaller farms where growers must preserve 35% of the land’s indigenous habitats. Wildlife protected, farmers paid.

Iced latte season is well and truly here! Here’s the at-home recipe that actually works. ☀️

1. Pull two shots of espresso
2. Give them two minutes to cool
3. Fill a glass with ice
4. Pour the espresso over the ice
5. Top with cold oat milk
6. Add a pump of vanilla or caramel syrup if you want it

The trick is letting the espresso cool first. Pour it straight from the machine and you’ll melt the ice and dilute the whole drink.
