The Alphabet Gift & Coffee Shop, Mickleover is an Aladdins cave of gorgeous gifts for every occasion. The converted cottage is full of character and from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by an array of unusual and carefully selected gifts and homewares, many of which can be personalised with a name or message.

We’ve got a family wedding this week and we can’t wait to get together for a good knees up with the rest of the family! 💒 🥂

(As lovely as it is to see each other most days at the shops - it’s always nice to have some fun away from TAGS together too 🤪)

New bright and beautiful cards have arrived from Raspberry Blossom just in time…now we just have to make sure we don’t all choose the same one! 💝

It’s official - our shops get a bit too hot to function! 🥵

To save ourselves and the cakes from melting, we’ll be closing at 3pm today, tomorrow and Thursday!

Iced lattes will be flowing and summer tunes playing until then though - so come and see us! 😎

Some brands come and go but we’ve stocked East of India at Mickleover for almost 18 years since we first opened our gift shop back in 2008 .. and it’s still one of our faves! ❤️

Obviously we chose the colour that was out of stock for the new render 🫣 (so the scaffolding has been up a little longer than planned) but we’re so exciting to see the transformation!
