Whilst working on a mental health ward it became tradition to go across to the main hospital canteen and get a jacket potato for lunch with my buddy Zoe, almost every time we worked together! I'm really not sure how it happened but just one day Zoe called me her Spuddy and from that day it stuck! I don't know what I would do without her in my life! So when I decided to start my own business I knew

I needed to name it something with Spud in the name! It took a while but after what seemed like lots of names that didn't really make sense..... Two Little Spuds was born!
